Meet the team - Nada El Guindy, PhD

I’m Nada El Guindy, and I work as a Management and Development Consultant at Seshat Consulting. I’m passionate about institutional development and private sector advancement, especially when it comes to supporting SMEs and entrepreneurship. Outside of work, I enjoy reading novels, singing, writing poetry, cooking, and coloring. Within the MOBILISE project, I serve as the Country Coordinator for Egypt.

My experience in the MOBILISE Project so far:

MOBILISE has been very insightful in terms of weighing between the selection of good calibre students and those who need the support the most which has challenged me personally throughout the program. This can lead to multiple trials and errors and pivots that are really worth it.

What I would like to share with the trainees:
Let every opportunity sink in and stretch it's benefit to the maximum. The traineeship goes far beyond agriculture training and encompasses life skills and experiences you will carry with you forever. So, keep your eyes, heart and mind open and take what can help you grow.
