The MOBILISE Talent Programme announces the successful selection and matching of a new cohort of 3 outstanding students, including 21 women and 12 men, from partner institutions in Tunisia and Egypt.

Following a highly competitive selection process, candidates were assessed based on their motivation, academic performance, and English proficiency. The chosen cohort reflects a diverse and talented group of young individuals committed to advancing climate-smart agriculture and sustainable innovation.

Participants will begin their journey with a pre-departure training phase in thier home countries, before taking part in the international mobility programme in the Netherlands.

During their traineeship, they will receive specialized training and gain hands-on experience in collaboration with leading institutions and industry partners.

Upon thier return, students will continue their development through tailored support, enabling them to translate their newly acquired skills and knowledge into professional pthways or entrepreneurial initiatives.
