The MOBILISE Talent Program is back with exciting news as we prepare to send the latest cohort of students from Tunisia and Egypt on their transformative journey. The program, which fosters expertise in climate-smart agriculture through international training and hands-on experience, is set to make a lasting impact once again. This year, a total of 24 students (9 M / 15 F) have been admitted to the international training program for this first cohort. Among them, 8 students (4 M / 4 F) are from Egypt and 16 students (5 M / 11 F) from Tunisia.
Participants undergo an intensive pre-departure training phase in their home countries before heading to the Netherlands for three months. There, they receive specialized training at Aeres University of Applied Sciences and gain hands-on experience in Dutch horticulture companies. Upon their return, students continue their professional development, receiving support to integrate their knowledge into their careers or entrepreneurial ventures.
The selection processes this year was highly competitive, with applicants assessed on motivation, English proficiency, and academic performance. We are thrilled to have them on board and look forward to their journey ahead. From February to May, students will complete their pre-departure training and finalize visa preparations. The mobility phase in the Netherlands will take place from July to September, followed by career development and incubation support from October 2025 to March 2026. Stay tuned as we follow the progress of this year’s cohort, sharing their experiences and successes as they embark on this unique opportunity.
