ToT workshop: building stronger career services for returning trainees

From 16 to 18 June 2025, the MOBILISE project held a three-day Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop at ISACM in Chott-Mériem, led by Ms. Hermina Kooijman from Maastricht School of Management (MSM). The workshop brought together six staff members from the partner institutions – ISACM, CSFPA, and LSFPAAV – to strengthen Career Information, Advice, and Guidance (CIAG) services for Tunisian students who will return from their traineeship in the Netherlands at the end of September.

CIAG services aim to provide tailored career counseling, employability support, and connections to the labor market. While the partner institutes already offer some form of career support, MOBILISE seeks to enrich and coordinate these services to ensure comprehensive and consistent assistance for all returnees.

The training combined strategic planning and interactive exercises, resulting in a joint CIAG Action and Training Plan and new tools for assessing student needs. Participants praised the collaborative approach and practical outcomes. A follow-up review is planned for early 2026 to refine and enhance the services.
